Personal Care Workers

Our Personal Carers are required to hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), or have completed at least their first year of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree with:

  • minimum of one year of post-graduate employment in an Aged Care work setting
  • current National Australian Police Check
  • current First and CPR Certificate completed by an Australian registered training organisation (RTO)
  • immunisation requirements (e.g. flu vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination)

Registered Nurses

Our Registered Nurses are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), confirming their legal registration to practice nursing in Australia. They also have at least one year of full-time equivalent post-graduate work experience with an Australian employer in an Aged Care or related work setting with:

  • CPR certification with an Australian RTO
  • current National Australian Police Check
  • immunisation requirements (e.g. flu vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination)

Our strength in selecting the right people starts with a rigorous screening process. We assess each individual’s knowledge of Aged Care services, along with their communication and engagement skills, resilience, resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and capacity for empathy and understanding toward the elderly.
