ElectusPeople is a respected provider of agency nurses with over 12 years of experience in the industry. We are the preferred provider of some of the largest care providers including Anglicare Southern Queensland and Southern Cross Care.

We are currently looking for motivated student nurses who are looking for paid and flexible working arrangements while completing a Bachelor or Diploma level qualification.

Residential & Community Aged Care

Student nurses will support Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) through the position of Assistant in Nursing (AIN or Personal Care Worker) in residential and community aged care settings.

What you will bring

Availability to work at least 20 hours per week (between Monday and Friday)
Full first year completion of a Bachelor of Nursing degree (including work placement) or,
Minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or industry recognised equivalent)
Queensland Driver’s Licence
A reliable vehicle (desirable)
A current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
A National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
Three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and,
Current Flu Vaccination
A mobile phone with reliable SAT NAV
Compassion for the elderly
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
